Travel is supplied by various third party travel suppliers and service providers (the “travel suppliers”). WorldWide Travel Team, LLC agents shall not be held responsible or in breach of contract for failure to comply with any laws such as the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), or any intentional or negligent actions or omissions on the part of such suppliers, which result in any supplier defaults, loss, damage, delay, inconvenience or injury, or death to travelers or travelers' companions or group members, or by any action or negligence of any persons who are not our employ.
WorldWide Travel Team, LLC agents can accept no responsibility for losses or additional expense due to delay or changes in air, sea, or other services due to sickness, weather, strike, war, pandemic, epidemic, or other causes. Your reservation with the travel supplier may give the travel supplier the right to cancel any booking or any part of it to make such alterations in the booking as it deems necessary or desirable, or to pass on to customers any expenditure occasioned by delays or events beyond its control. We have no control over such matters or transportation schedules and changes. If we are your booking agent, we will within our regular business hours try to promptly notify you of any significant change once we become aware of such change if there is time before your departure, but will not have any liability for any change or costs incurred that may result. By offering travel to any particular destination, we do not represent that travel in such destination(s) is advisable, safe, or without risk, and we are not liable for and you release us and the licensor of our trademarks, WorldWide Travel Team, LLC, INC and it’s respective affiliates harmless from any and all damages or losses that may result, directly or indirectly, from travel booked to such destination. Travelers have done due diligence, are aware of the quality of the hotel accommodations chosen and agree that Travel Agency will not be responsible if they are not satisfied.
Bookings, Deposits, & Payments: To reserve your vacation, you must provide the required booking information and pay the applicable deposit per person, including full payment of the Travel Protection (if selected). We reserve the right to treat the booking as canceled by you if the balance is not paid when due. If you decline Travel Protection and cancel your booking, any refund due for air inclusive vacations (after applicable penalties) may be in the form of a future travel credit. If you request special arrangements such as adjoining rooms/room locations, bedding requests, specific assistance or special meals, we will pass on your request to the vendor on your behalf. However, since these requests lie outside our contracts with our suppliers, we cannot guarantee special requests unless otherwise stated.
Passports, Required Documents, and Travel Risks: All international trips require a valid Passport (and most require it to be valid for at least 6 months beyond the date of return). Transportation Security Administration (TSA) regulations require you to provide your full name as it appears on your travel documents, date of birth, and gender at the time of booking for the purpose of watch-list screening. Failure to provide this information will result in you not being allowed to travel. Traveler assumes complete and full responsibility for, and hereby releases Worldwide Travel Team, LLC from, any duty of checking and verifying any and all passport, visa, vaccination, or other entry requirements of each destination, and all safety and security conditions of such destinations, during the length of the proposed travel.
For details, visit tsa.gov. Any and all additional Visa’s or travel documents required are the responsibility of the traveler. Prior to booking international travel, we recommend that you review any U.S. Government prohibitions, warnings and advisories applicable to your destination(s). Information on conditions in various countries and the level of risk associated with travel to these countries can be found at www.tsa.gov, www.faa.gov, www.cdc.gov, www.dot.gov, www.travel.state.gov, and www.cbp.gov.
If you try to enter a country where visa is required, and you do not have the visa, it is possible that you will be imprisoned until there is an available flight to return you to your point of origin.
Some countries require you to be in possession of a return ticket or exit ticket and have sufficient funds, etc. Similarly, certain countries require that the Traveler produce evidence of insurance/repatriation coverage before it will issue a visa. You must carefully observe all applicable formalities and ensure that the surnames and forenames used for all passengers when making a booking and appearing in your travel documents (booking forms, travel tickets, vouchers, etc.), correspond exactly with those appearing on your passport, visas, etc.
Vaccinations may be required for some or all of the places you are intending to visit and can vary from country to country and even region to region. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have arranged all necessary vaccinations and entry documents for your itinerary and hereby release WorldWide Travel Team, LLC from, any duty of checking and verifying vaccination or other entry requirements of each destination, as well as all safety and security conditions of such destinations during the length of the proposed travel or extensions expected or unexpected. Some countries require insecticide spraying of aircraft prior to a flight or while you are on the aircraft. Federal law requires that we refer you to the Department of Transportation’s Disinfection information page at https://www.transportation.gov/airconsumer/spray at the time of booking for further information.
WE CANNOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY IF YOU ARE REFUSED PASSAGE ON ANY AIRLINE, CRUISE, TRANSPORT OR ENTRY INTO ANY COUNTRY DUE TO THE FAILURE ON YOUR PART TO CARRY OR OBTAIN THE CORRECT DOCUMENTATIONS INCLUDING REQUIRED VACCINATIONS. IF FAILURE TO DO SO RESULTS IN FINES, SURCHARGES, CLAIMS, FINANCIAL DEMANDS OR OTHER FINANCIAL PENALTIES BEING IMPOSED ON US, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR INDEMNIFYING AND REIMBURSING US ACCORDINGLY.
Although most travel to participating destinations is completed without incident, travel to certain areas may involve greater risk than others. You assume sole responsibility for your own safety at any destination traveled to. WorldWide Travel Team, LLC does not guarantee your safety at any time and assumes no responsibility for gathering and/or disseminating information for you relating to risks associated with your destinations. BY OFFERING OR FACILITATING TRAVEL TO CERTAIN DESTINATIONS, WE DO NOT REPRESENT OR WARRANT THAT TRAVEL TO SUCH POINTS IS ADVISABLE OR WITHOUT RISK, AND WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OR LOSSES THAT MAY RESULT FROM TRAVEL TO SUCH DESTINATIONS.
Some Travelers will be traveling to foreign countries, with different customs, standards, laws and risks than those Travelers are accustomed to. Traveler understands that he or she must be prepared to cope with the unexpected, with local customs and shortages, with the vagaries of weather, travel and mankind in general. As such, Traveler acknowledges and accepts the risks associated with travel in a foreign country and agrees to release and hold WorldWide Travel Team, LLC harmless for any such problems experienced while participating in their Trip.
All Travelers must obey the local laws and regulations of the countries they visit on their Trip. WorldWide Travel Team, LLC is not liable or responsible for any damages, costs and/or added expenses incurred as result of Traveler’s failure to obey any local, provincial, or federal laws, which may include arrest or detention.
Health Pandemic/Epidemic: Agency bears no responsibility for travel related COVID-19 requirements that may be imposed by cruise lines, airlines, hotels, or other travel related 3rd party suppliers and/or governments which may be subject to change at any time. In the event of health pandemics or states of emergency, the suppliers operating your trip (for whom we act as sales agents) may change, delay, or cancel the services they offer for your trip at their sole discretion and with little or no advance notice. Also, government officials in the destinations you visit may change entry requirements, health protocols, and other rules for inbound visitors (including health screenings and tests and mandatory quarantines) at their discretion and with little or no advance notice. You agree that we as sales agents have no control over these decisions and we cannot be held liable for them. Further, you understand that it’s your responsibility to comply with the government’s rules in the destinations you’re visiting that are in effect during your trip.
Special Services and Facilities: Should you desire any special service or equipment to assist with a disability, please let us know in advance so we can advise the air carrier or resort (services vary by carrier and resort). Although we will do our best to assist you, WorldWide Travel Team, LLC does not guarantee the availability of wheelchairs at any airport. Wheelchair accessible rooms may be requested but cannot be guaranteed. Standards vary by property and country, may not be consistent with the standards required by the Americans With Disabilities Act, and are not within the control of WorldWide Travel Team, LLC.
Air Travel: Flight details including departure times are always subject to change by the airlines and are not under the control of WorldWide Travel Team, LLC. It is the travelers responsibility to check in for the flight 24 hours in advance and reconfirm all gates and departure times.
Your flight information will appear on the booking confirmation issued when you make your deposit, and on your electronic travel documents issued upon full payment. All flight times are subject to change without notice. We strongly suggest that you reconfirm exact flight times with the carrier 24 hours prior to departure and again before departing for the airport. For international flights, we recommend arriving at the airport at least three hours prior to your scheduled departure time to allow time to check in and get through Security. For domestic flights, we recommend that you arrive two hours prior to travel but absolutely no later than one hour prior to travel as you could be denied boarding. If you do not have pre-assigned seats and have seat preferences, we recommend that you arrive early as seats will be assigned upon check in based on availability. Pre-assigned seat selection is at the discretion of the air carrier and may require payment of an additional fee.
If you do not check in at the airport or gate at the required time, or do not possess proper documentation, you will be denied boarding and will not be eligible for a refund. Additionally, if you fail to check in for your flight without prior cancellation, you are considered a no-show and will not be eligible for a refund. Travel Protection does not cover the instances noted above. WorldWide Travel Team, LLC assumes no responsibility for any passengers making independent connections to flights booked through WorldWide Travel Team, LLC. Some airlines do not charge for infants under two years of age, but the infant must sit on an adult’s lap. Other airlines do charge for infants or infant air-related taxes. Please check with your air carrier. If an infant reaches the age of two at any time during the vacation, federal law requires the purchase of a separate seat for any remaining portions of the flight. Some countries charge infant departure taxes.
As of June 1st, 2008, the International Air Transport Association (IATA) has imposed new rules with regard to the issuing of air travel tickets. As of that date, travel agencies and airlines have an obligation to only issue travel tickets via electronic means (i.e. electronic ticket or “e-ticket”)
WorldWide Travel Team, LLC’s responsibilities in respect to air travel are limited by the relevant airline’s conditions of carriage. The airline fulfilling your contract for carriage may change from the airline mentioned in our electronic brochure and advertisements. WorldWide Travel Team, LLC is not able to specify the type of aircraft to be used by any airline. In addition, WorldWide Travel Team, LLC is not responsible for losses due to cancelled flights, seats, or changed flight itineraries. Airlines retain the right to adjust flight times and schedules at any time; schedule changes can result in an itinerary that falls outside of contractual agreements. You cannot cancel the contract without penalty due to a change of airline, aircraft type or destination. If an airline cancels or delays a flight, you should work with the airline to ensure you arrive at your destination on or ahead of time. WorldWide Travel Team, LLC will not provide any refund for Trips missed, in part or full, due to missed, cancelled or delayed flights, or other flight irregularities including, without limitation, denied boarding whether or not you are responsible for such denial.
Direct flights may be “non-stop” or may involve one or more stop-overs (in the latter case this means the same flight by the airline, because the flight number remains the same). The same applies to connecting flights that may be subject to crew changes. When you reserve a scheduled or charter flight involving a stop-over in a town, and the second flight takes off from a different airport to the airport of arrival, ensure that you have sufficient time for reaching the second airport. The journey to the other airport is at your own expense. WorldWide Travel Team, LLC will not be able to reimburse you for these costs, nor will it be liable if you miss the second flight.
WorldWide Travel Team, LLC will not bear any liability, particularly in the event of timetable changes, delays, cancellations, etc., attributable to force majeure (labor dispute, strikes, storms, wars, earthquakes, epidemics, diseases, viruses, etc.) or in the event that, after the specified arrival time at the airport, it is found that the customer is refused boarding for failure to comply with the administrative or health formalities, or failure to check-in.
If any booked flight connecting with your outbound or inbound flight is cancelled or delayed, the airlines reserve the right to provide that transport by any other means (coach/bus, train, etc.).
If you organize your own connecting transport with the arrangements booked with WorldWide Travel Team, LLC, we advise that you reserve flexible or refundable tickets in order to avoid the risk of any financial loss. You are also advised not to make any important appointments for the day following your return date.
WorldWide Travel Team, LLC cannot accept responsibility for the consequences of delays (such as a cancelled scheduled flight) in the context of connecting transport organized by you.
WorldWide Travel Team, LLC assumes no liability for any loss or damage to baggage or personal effects, whether in transit to or from a Trip, or during a Trip. The airline is liable to you for the baggage you entrust to it only for the compensation contemplated in the international conventions and relevant statutes. In the event of damage, late forwarding, theft or loss of luggage, you should contact your airline and declare the damage, absence or loss of your personal effects before leaving the airport, and then submit a declaration, attaching the originals of the following documents: the travel ticket, the baggage check-in slip, and the declaration. It is recommended that you take out an insurance policy covering the value of your items.
Additional and oversized baggage fees: Most airlines have their own policy regarding luggage. We recommend that you check with your airline ahead of time for any weight restrictions and additional charges relating to checked baggage. You will be responsible for paying to the airline any additional charges for checked or overweight baggage, including, but not limited to, golf bags and oversized luggage. If you exceed the weight limit set by your airline, and excess weight is permitted, you must pay a supplement directly to the airline at the airport.
Traveling Minors: We cannot accept unaccompanied minors under 18 for any travel. For international travel, a notarized consent from both parents or legal guardian(s) is required for children younger than 18 years old traveling with one parent, or in someone else’s custody; or a notarized birth certificate showing only one parent, a parent’s death certificate, or a court order of child custody MAY also be permissible. Be sure to inquire with your destination‘s consulate, or visit websites such as travel.state.gov, dhs.gov or iatatravelcentre.com. Mexican-born minors under 18 years of age traveling alone or with someone other than a parent or legal guardian, require special documentation to depart Mexico, even if the Minor is a Dual Mexican Citizen. For details, contact the Mexican embassy or click here. Some airlines may require documentation for children traveling without their legal guardian beyond what is mandated by the destination country- contact your airline directly for details.
Pregnancy: Different airlines have their own restrictions on when pregnant woman may fly on their plane, which can range from prohibiting flying anywhere from 7 to 30 days by the due date. It is your responsibility to check the restrictions of your particular airline. Similarly, all Cruise Lines have strict restrictions on sailing after a certain week of pregnancy (i.e 24 weeks). If you are denied boarding, WorldWide Travel Team, LLC will not be responsible for any resulting cancellation fees and charges.
Medical and Physical Condition - Medical Emergencies. Some activities available on WorldWide Travel Team, LLC’s Trips are physically active and interactive, so you must be in good physical condition and health to participate in them. Various water activities and sports available on our Trips (including jet skiing, snorkeling, surfing, etc.) require various skills and abilities such as: the ability to swim, hand to eye coordination, balance, and an awareness of your surroundings. Traveler certifies they will not take any alcoholic beverages or drugs that may impair their physical or mental abilities before their participation in an adventure or water activity while on a Trip.
Traveler certifies that they are responsible for managing their own medication and medical, physical, or allergic conditions during their Trip. Traveler understands that in the event of injury to Traveler, or exacerbation of Traveler’s medical condition, WorldWide Travel Team, LLC may not be held responsible. If a serious emergency arises, it may be necessary for a physician to attend to Traveler, but Traveler recognizes that WorldWide Travel Team, LLC is not obligated to take any action to facilitate or assist that treatment. The quality of medical personnel and facilities vary from region to region and cannot be controlled by WorldWide Travel Team, LLC. In some parts of the world, substandard medical care is common and unavoidable. Hospital facilities are often unavailable, and evacuation can be prolonged, difficult and expensive. WorldWide Travel Team, LLC is not responsible for the costs of any medical treatment you may require during a Trip and assumes no liability regarding provision of medical care or lack thereof that you may receive while on the Trip. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH, AND COSTS, OF ANY AND ALL MEDICAL TREATMENTS YOU MAY REQUIRE OR RECEIVE DURING YOUR TRIP. Traveler releases WorldWide Travel Team, LLC from any liability relating to any such medical care, whether secured by a Service provider on behalf of Traveler, WorldWide Travel Team, LLC, or otherwise, and agrees to be responsible for any and all expenses incurred for said medical care.
Denial of Entry: Certain countries may deny entry to travelers with even a minor criminal record, and if not a U.S. citizen, entry back into the U.S. Check with the U.S. Embassy and the embassy or consulate of the country being visited to ensure you can travel as planned. WorldWide Travel Team, LLC does not accept responsibility if you are denied entry and cancellation penalties apply.
Prices. Our prices are contractual tariffs: No claim relating to the price of a Trip will be considered once the reservation is effective. Unless otherwise stated in the description of the offer, the following will NOT be included as part of the advertised price:
items of a personal nature such as incidentals and laundry
excess baggage charges
port charges
foreign government departure taxes
costs of Passports or Visas
inspection fees
customs fees
immigration and naturalization fees
service fees
single room supplement
travel insurance including health, accidents, lost baggage and trip cancellation
airport parking
tips and gratuities
any other activities or items not explicitly advertised as included in the price of a Trip in the description of the offered Trip
Notice: We endeavor to secure the lowest possible fares, suitable for your travel requirements, based on space available at the time of booking, accessible sources of information, and knowledge of the agents involved. We cannot guarantee that the price of your travel will be the lowest possible rate obtainable
Cancellations: Cancellations, revisions, and refund policies for changes or unused travel/components vary and are subject to the policies of each supplier. Traveler acknowledges that WorldWide Travel Team, LLC cannot control the cancellation fees assessed by the Tour Operators, nor control issuance of vouchers in lieu of cash. Please note that a ‘trip’ or ‘booking’ often consists of multiple components, each of which may carry its own cancellation penalties (example: an airline ticket, a pre-trip hotel night, a multi-day adventure vacation by a tour operator, a post-trip extension designed by Worldwide Travel Team, LLC), all of which may be subject to a different set of cancellation policies). Cancellation penalties can range up to 100% depending on how close to departure the written notification is received by the traveler. Air, insurance premium, and no-shows are always non-refundable. WorldWide Travel Team, LLC reserves the right to charge a $100 per person administrative fee payable before cancellation will be processed. Clients are responsible for obtaining the applicable policies, either by contacting WorldWide Travel Team, LLC and requesting a copy (if available, otherwise it will be verbal delivery) or by consulting the individual suppliers and/or their catalogs. Furthermore, there will be no refunds due to fear of travel from actual or threatened terrorist, health, political or other similar events.
CHANGES AFTER PURCHASE: All changes made to the booking after purchase are restricted and are strictly subject to the supplier and airline fare rules. Traveler must submit a request for any change in writing. Flight dates and times are changeable subject to availability and upon payment of a change fee per person, plus any additional cost between the original total price paid and the lowest total price available for the new flight at the time the change is made. Any confirmation made beyond the time frame allowed may result in additional costs, of which you will be informed by e-mail. It is essential that you return the confirmation document, otherwise your initial reservation will stand.
Any cancellation or alteration of your booking may result in costs that will be billed by our Suppliers, and our administrative costs may be added to these. In the event of an alteration, these costs will be billed to you. In the event of cancellation, these costs are deducted from the refund payable to you as per this agreement.
The cancellation of your booking for whatever reason does not exempt you from paying all the sums that you owe to WorldWide Travel Team, LLC. Any interrupted or shortened stay, or any Service not actually used by you, for whatever reason (in particular in the event that you fail to arrive in time to enjoy the Services) does not entitle you to a refund.
As a general rule of alterations, whatever their nature, are treated as a cancellation followed by a new booking, involving the relevant cancellation charges. These charges will be added to any costs charged by the Supplier, of which you will be informed before the alteration is made.
Change Fees: Change fees apply to new travel date, destination, flight/airfare type/flight times, duration, class of service, departure city, change to lower-priced hotel and complete name changes when allowed by hotel/airline.
Non-refundable Custom Travel Planning Fee: The process of researching and putting together a customized, bespoke proposal that matches your travel desires takes time. The trip planning fee/deposit covers initial consultation and discussion of your trip dreams and expectations, time spent researching, developing, and revising a proposal to create the perfect customized itinerary, booking and managing all components, and support while traveling. The travel planning fee varies based on the length and complexity of the trip and starts at $50. Because it covers the initial consultation, research, and time spent on the proposal, this non-refundable fee will be charged prior to proposal delivery, regardless of whether you book a trip with us
Travel Protection: It is the traveler’s responsibility to protect their purchases and WorldWide Travel Team, LLC STRONGLY recommends the purchase of travel protection which can help minimize the monetary loss incurred due to unforeseen events beyond your control such as cancellation, missed connections, baggage loss, trip delay, medical emergencies during travel, etc. All travel protection policies are 3rd party and all claims must be made by the traveler directly to the insurance company. It is the Traveler’s sole responsibility to research, evaluate and purchase appropriate coverage. Traveler agrees that WorldWide Travel Team, LLC is not responsible for any uninsured losses or denial of claims by the 3rd party insurance company.
Refunds: Refunds due will be given back in the original form of payment without exception. If a credit/debit card is used for payment and a refund is due, the money will go back to the original card used. If paying for another traveler on your card, it is your responsibility to collect payment from that traveler. If they do not pay, you must dispute that payment with that traveler, not WorldWide Travel Team, LLC. In the event a refund is owed to that traveler, the refund will go back to the original card used, thus, it is your responsibility to give that money to that traveller. WorldWide Travel Team, LLC cannot refund in any form other than the original form of payment provided. If you have accepted future-trip credits in lieu of refunds, WorldWide Travel Team, LLC has no liability for a supplier’s failure to honor future trip credits or if you have failed to use the travel credit before expiration. Refunds may take up to 4-6 business weeks to process.
Credit Card Chargeback: Your signed charge authorization is a binding agreement for charging your card, and as such you waive any right to a chargeback in the case of trip delays, changes, or cancellations for any cause (except fraud), including a force majeure event, and you agree to refund policies and procedures as outlined in the terms and conditions of the suppliers operating components of your trip. In the event that you attempt without our authorization to chargeback, reverse, or recollect a trip payment already made, we reserve the right to pursue litigation to collect all additional costs, fees, and expenses associated with such chargeback, reversal, or recollection including, without limitation, attorney fees. Traveler understands that WorldWide Travel Team, LLC does this because third parties seek payment directly from WorldWide Travel Team, LLC. The cancellation fees do not cease to exist in the event of a chargeback.
Travel Documents: We have an eco-friendly philosophy and our general practice is to send documents to our customers electronically whenever possible. Your travel documents will be emailed to you once full payment is received. It is general practice so send your E-documents approximately 2 weeks prior to your trip. Please check them carefully to ensure that all the information is correct and passenger names exactly match your Proof of Citizenship. If you discover an error, please contact your travel agent immediately
Limitation of Liability: IN NO EVENT SHALL WorldWide Travel Team, LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, EXEMPLARY, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR ANY LOSS OF OPPORTUNITY OR OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS, EVEN IF WorldWide Travel Team, LLC HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OR PROBABILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES OR LOSSES, WHETHER SUCH LIABILITY IS BASED UPON CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE OR OTHER LEGAL THEORY. IN NO EVENT SHALL WorldWide Travel Team, LLC’S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO THE TRAVELER FOR CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THIS AGREEMENT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNTS PAID BY THE TRAVELER TO WorldWide Travel Team, LLC UNDER THIS AGREEMENT (commissions earned and agency fee if one was charged).
